XYZ begins in Uganda. As the House gains experience, capability and capital, it may allocate elsewhere in Africa and, over time, in other markets where the economics warrant it.
Several African commercial centres may merit attention as XYZ learns more.
Nairobi, Kigali, Dar es Salaam, Johannesburg, Lagos and Abidjan are among the centres the House may study. They are not a predetermined expansion sequence.
Africa remains important to XYZ. As capitalization and institutional capability permit, the same allocation discipline can also be applied in Europe, the Americas, Asia, Australia or elsewhere.
The Parent House in the Netherlands is intended to retain a wider field of view as the institution develops.
